The chatelains
Hello and welcome to Château Saint-Joseph. We are Delphine and Frédéric Roubieu, happy parents of 5 children. Passionate about history, lovers of beauty, great travelers, with nearly 40 countries and 5 continents to our credit, and entrepreneurs at heart.
We fell in love with this magnificent castle and we have made it our mission to preserve it, to embellish it and bring it to life.
Having frequented beautiful establishments in the world, we wanted to preserve the comfort and the luxurious elegance, the refinement and the know-how, the choice of high-end products, while freeing ourselves from some of its codes, which we find pompous, in order to preserve authenticity, human warmth and to remain in accordance with our eco-responsible values, including in particular sobriety and the management of waste and useless consumables, or to promote cooking with exclusively quality products, mainly from the terroir, if possible in organic farming.
We are also young farmers and exploit the land of the castle in organic farming and organic conversion.

Irina was born in Melbourne where we lived for a year.

Purchase and installation at the Château de Caulet which we are renaming Château Saint-Joseph, in honor of the saint and because this name is international.

Success in the pro agricultural baccalaureate: Delphine: Conduct and management of the wine-growing company and Frédéric: horticultural production.
